how to protect your skin from sun

Everybody wants to be beautiful and the key to beauty is beautiful skin. to get a beautiful, flawless skin it's protection is the most. Only a few minutes daily gives you that beautiful and protected skin. So why not start to protect your skin from today? Dark spots, skin darkening, early aging, patchy skin are some consequences of direct exposure to the sun.

Here, we are giving you some tips to protect skin against sun damage.

1) Avoid the direct sunlight from 11 in the morning to 3 in noon. the sun is very strong during this time period and this strong sunlight causes damage to your skin.

2) Use a wide range SPF sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection.

3) Use antioxidants too for your skin protection. sunscreen alone can't provide you that total protection against the sun so you can opt for an antioxidant beneath your sunscreen. this provides an almost total protection against the sun.

4) Avoid dark colored clothes in summer as they are the good absorbent of sunlight, instead opt for light and nude colored cloths.

5) Always carry an umbrella or put on a hat while going out on sun.

6) Use waterproof sunscreens while going on a beach and/or taking sun bath.



7) Eat food rich in antioxidants like green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits and juice.
