How to maintain healthy beautiful hair

Hair is one of the most important parts of your beauty. The greater your hair, the more beautiful you are. Hair needs daily care in order to maintain its luster, texture and shine.



Here are some tips to make your hair beautiful and maintain it.

• Wash your hair regularly: During the daily activities, your hair is prone to dust and dirt, sun damage, oil or dryness, so to combat these challenges you need to remove them every day. But for this, you should use gentle/mild shampoo according to your hair type.

If you have normal hair then you may shampoo every other day. In case there is a long gap between your shampoos, the oil, dust and dirt clog the pores of your scalp resulting in unhealthy, dull hair.

• After shampooing, use conditioner (according to the hair type) to maintain your hairs’ softness, luster and smoothness. For oily hair use light and clear conditioner and for dry, rough hair opt for dense, thick conditioner for the proper moisturization and shiny hair.

• When it comes to drying the wet hair, be careful because the hair is weakest when it’s wet. Just blot the moisture out, do not tug the hair. Wet hair is most likely to break.

             If you are going to blow dry, make sure not to keep the drier at one place for more than a few seconds. Frequently move the drier and do not completely dry the hair with blow drier; stop its use when the hair is somehow damp. The distance between the drier and the hair must be maintained at least 6-7 inches.

• Deeply cleanse the hair once in a week.

• You may also use natural conditioners like henna and egg. Beer and curd can be used for deep conditioning.

• Oil massage the hair every week; for dry, rough hair oil massage for 2-3 times a week.

• Use vitamin E along with the oil. Vitamin E improves blood circulation of the scalp and gives shiny, strong hair. It also helps in hair growth.

• Do not overuse the straightening or the curling iron on your hair as it may result to dry and brittle hair. Hair fall due to breakage, split ends, and weightlessness are other disadvantages of using them on a daily basis.

• Eat properly to get healthy beautiful hair. Foods like green leafy vegetables, fish, chicken, olive oil, avocado, milk and milk products etc. help to keep hair healthy and strong.
